More About Us

Hi there and welcome to our site!

For those of you that don't know us, We're Katrina and Seamus, We are parents to four crazy LAMMs and we live in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We hear the term "Outnumbered" a lot,  but we can confirm that's a bit of an understatement!

The LAMMs are 12, 9, 7 & Sixteen months, there is a six year age gap between the two youngest and that gap can be felt! We had the first of our Little LAMMs quite close together and then we added to our family in March 2022 - so it's been a while since we had a baby in the house!

As parents we work really hard at keeping things as calm as possible - but we can all agree when your day begins and ends with chaos, you just have to embrace it (as best you can!)

As Lily, Mollie and Alex got older we would hit another milestone and we would high five to no more bottles / sterilizing, no more dummies / cots / bouncers and buggies, oh yes, remember potty training - we completed it!

Then March 2020 hit, and like many out there, we  navigated our way through a Global Pandemic, full time work and homeschooling and after all the madness, we were deliriously happy because along came Matty.

What we didn't expect, how much you can forget about the first year, it was crazy!

When our eldest arrived twelve years ago, we were young, and we'll be honest at points a bit like deer in the headlights - When we would meet parents of little ones, we would soak up their tips, what worked and what didn't - it really helped us.

Many of our friends and family have joined the parenting train and we love talking about the daily disasters but also love sharing our experiences. The blog coming soon will mostly be looking back, sharing the fun, the successes and some of the failures we have had over the years and likely what is to come with the youngest LAMM.
